Story Behind The Collection

Beirut Echoes

Facing Raouché Rock like a silent witness, each sculpture reflects the dialogue between stone and sea, memory and endurance, a quiet extension of Beirut’s backbone.

Crafted from locally sourced earthenware clays, this series features coarse structures that mimic coastal cliffs weather-beaten by sea salt. Through deep oxide stains and crackled feldspathic glazes, the forms speak to structural fragility and geographic permanence, translating the texture of coastal memory into permanent physical artifacts.

The Artist

Dina-Sue

Dina-Sue is a Lebanese-American artist based between Dubai and Beirut. After a distinguished career spanning finance, events, and life coaching, she turned to ceramics as her ultimate form of reinvention. Working exclusively by hand with white stoneware, she sculpts intuitively without sketches, guided by emotion and instinct. Her glazing process is experimental, layered, and unpredictable, allowing colors to melt and merge into new, unplanned landscapes. Each work reflects themes of resilience, transformation, and hidden beauty, echoing both her personal journey and the forces of nature. Her pieces have been presented at leading galleries and international fairs, including Dubai Design Week, where her work continues to resonate with collectors and audiences seeking art that speaks to both strength and vulnerability.

“For me, clay is not just material, it is a language of resilience, love, and rebirth. Every piece is a chapter of my story, and an invitation to others to believe in their own reinvention.”Dina-Sue

Craftsmanship & Origin

"The raw tactility of the Reef Column is alive. In the morning light, the mineral moss glaze shifts subtly, carrying the memory of the Lebanese coast into our living space. A truly singular masterpiece."
